Volcano bay

Universal Studio’s third park is finally rising from the ground in May! Volcano Bay grand opening is set for May 25th!!

Volcano Bay is Universal Studio Orlando’s brand new water park! Set to be a carefree, joyful, fictional Polynesian island populated by the Waturi, who after crossing the Polynesian waters, discovered this little (30-acre) paradise.
The brand new park is made of four immersive areas along with tropical beaches and 18 different attractions for the most thrilling and relaxing time this summer! Krakatau, the 200-foot volcano is the masterpiece of the park. Part water, part fire, it was handmade by more than 60 sculptors over the course of 3 years to make it look like the real deal! The waterfall coming off the top of Krakatau will mesmerize guests in the evening as it is designed to do a show, changing from a waterfall to a lava flow every night, several times in the evening.
Not only the volcano transforms over the course of the evening, it is also the most thrilling and daring ride in the water park! The Ko’okiri Body Plunge is a 125 feet plunge at a 70-degree angle through the centre of the volcano!

The brand new park also boasts TapuTapu wristbands, meaning guests will not be queuing in line waiting to go on a slide! Just place you name in line for a ride and go discover all the other wonders the park as to offer in the meantime!

Tickets for the grand opening are on sale now on the Universal Orlando Resort’s official website from $67.
